Goat Cheese + Pistachio Honey Bunnies

I came across this recipe: http://theyearinfood.com/2012/04/honey-goat-cheese-pistachio-truffles.html and decided to make them today. Its Easter & I happened to have some bunny cookies from Annie’s so I tweaked the original recipe to become thumbprint cookie truffles. Visuals below! Happy Easter & Passover from {TheSoFlaSage} 🙂
