On Saturday, May 17th 2014 The South Florida Sage & co were invited to brunch at Brio Tuscan Grille in Boca Raton.
carbs & brunch just go so well together:
…and well, so do mimosas!
My guest Shaleen & I had mimosas while our food was prepared, then Shaleen tried the peach Bellini (a frozen beverage).
Our meals have arrived!
Shay ordered the Roasted Turkey, Sweet Potato Hash & Eggs with Siracha Mayo – she enjoyed her dish. At first, she was not sure if they had forgotten the turkey however she realized it was included among the hash.
I had the Ham & Biscuit Benedict:
The asparagus was a great accompaniment! An even closer look:
That heavenly yolk! I really enjoyed my dish – I would order this again.
Oh and by the way, the eggs used at Brio are Cage Free & the biscuits are home made.
For dessert:
Bread Pudding, of course.
