Cava
Lunch is served!
WOOD OVEN BAKED PITA
A light and airy pita for dipping with plenty of Mediterranean spices.
APEIRO SPREADS — hummus, eggplant caponata, pistachio yogurt
They were all really good, my favorite was the pistachio yogurt.
GAZPACHO — with choice of ricotta grilled cheese (above) or simple salad
This was nice and refreshing, makes for a perfect lunch item! *Part of the 10 FOR $10 deal*
GREEK — heirloom tomato, red onion, bell pepper, kalamata olives, romaine, barrel-aged feta
All I need to hear is barrel aged feta and I’m in! The imported Greek cheese in combination with the crunchy and salty components of the salad work nicely together.
CHICKEN KALE CAESAR — oven-dried tomatoes, parmigiano reggiano, focaccia croutons
Plenty of delicious dressing and delectable slivers of cheese. This is a great spin on a classic Caesar salad, the oven dried tomatoes and seasoned chicken contribute to the salads Mediterranean flare. *Part of the 10 FOR $10 deal*
BACON-WRAPPED DATES — sofrito sauce, manchego cheese, chorizo
So flavorful! FYI: Sofrito sauce is basically a spanish version of ketchup.
MEATBALL SLIDERS — tomato sauce, basil pesto ricotta, toasted brioche, served with simple green salad
Meatballs just like Nona makes! *Part of the 10 FOR $10 deal*
FOREST MUSHROOM FLATBREAD — parmesan cream, taleggio, truffle oil, parsley
YUM, this flatbread is a crowd pleaser… order it for your next business geared lunch meeting.
RIGATONI BOLOGNESE — telefano style
The bolognese was one of my favorites from the lunch tasting. FYI: telefano is referring to those strings of cheese you see when lifting up a spoonful of this glorious stuff.
HOUSEMADE GELATO choice of: vanilla bean, toasted coconut, dark chocolate, cinnamon, strawberry, mint stracciatella
Ok, I know its only lunch time but you really need to try this gelato. The mouth feel of the toasted coconut is amazing. The cinnamon is tied with the coconut for my first place favorites, although you really cant go wrong whichever flavor you choose.
The lunch menu is offered Monday – Friday from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM
