WHOLE FOODS MARKET® CREATES EXCLUSIVE BREAD IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FUNKY BUDDHA BREWERY — Floridian Spent Grain Sourdough Bread Hitting Shelves Wednesday, October 21, 2015
The crunchy, hearty bread will hit the shelves of Whole Foods Market’s 24 Florida locations for a sale price of $4 per loaf for the first two weeks. After that, the bread will be $5.50 year round. To accompany the release, during that same two week period, Funky Buddha’s Floridian 6-pack, which, with its light citrus and bread-y notes pairs extremely well with the bread, will also be on sale for $7.99 (regular price $9.99). Shoppers who purchase a cold glass of Floridian Hefeweizen at Whole Foods Markets’ in-store bars will also enjoy a complimentary slice of the bread spread with Kerrygold grass-fed butter. Funky Buddha Brewery’s in-house restaurant, slated to open November 2015 – Craft Food Counter & Kitchen – will also showcase the bread on its menu.
3030 OCEAN UNVEILS NEW DESIGN & MENU — Oceanfront Dining Gem Shares Exclusive Details Ahead of October 26th Reopening
On Monday, October 26, 2015, the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa will welcome back its critically-acclaimed restaurant 3030 Ocean, following an extensive three-month renovation. Now at the helm of the kitchen, where her career first began, newly-appointed 3030 Ocean Executive Chef Adrienne Grenier has developed a fresh menu to match the restaurant’s modern, maritime-inspired design and ambience.
In keeping with the restaurant’s beachfront location, the raw bar will remain an integral part of the menu. The decadent dessert menu will continue to highlight local ingredients and flavors. 3030 Ocean will also be unveiling a new fall-inspired craft cocktail menu.
The 216 seat oceanfront restaurant also boasts an expanded bar and lounge area, as well as a restyled dining room. Driven by a desire to marry organic ocean-inspired elements with contemporary sophistication, each facet of 3030 Ocean’s new look was carefully selected to enhance the dining experience. Patrons will enjoy a more intimate environment in the main dining room, while the relaxed bar and lounge area will showcase an array of ocean inspired textures, colors, and maritime accouterments.
