Kingdom Come & Sage Old Fashion

The Kingdom Come is a gin based drink with plenty of fresh fruit purée, predominantly watermelon. It is dangerously delicious and refreshing considering the buzz you receive. Cant go wrong with the Sage Old Fashion either.

Cesare 101 – Baby Gem, Shrimp, Crispy Pancetta, Grana Padano Cheese, Squid Ink Croutons, 101 Dressing

A Caesar salad with an Italian twist, plenty of mustard in the dressing provides a nice kick for your taste buds. A well thought out salad, right down to the parmesan crisps.

Blue Potato Gnocchi with Mullet Bottarga

The theme of taking it up a notch continues with this blue potato gnocchi, you will see the blue hue in the center once you take a bite.

Ravioli – Beef Short Ribs, Fresh Ricotta Cheese, Mushrooms, Bone Marrow Jus

My favorite dish of the evening, equip with fresh home made pasta and glorious short rib meat.
Just one word: delicious.

Anatra – Honey Glazed Duck Breast, Apple Puree, Char Grilled Kale

The perfect fall dish, with apples prepared two ways. I really loved the honey glaze and the use of kale with a char.

Dried Fruit Rind Semifreddo

Christmas meets Italy? A lot of interesting textures going on here. Certainly a unique dessert!

Classic Tiramisu

A classic done right, the perfect ending to a lovely evening.
