As the seasons change, so does the menu at db Bistro Moderne inside the JW Marriott Marquis in Downtown Miami. We recently got to experience new dishes from Executive Chef Clark Bowen and Pastry Chef Saeko Namoto. The restaurants new in house sommelier Haunah Klein guided us with wine pairings to complement each dish. First, we kicked off the evening by sampling spring inspired cocktails.

FOIE GRAS TERRINE – candied Kumquat, Dates, Toasted Brioche
CORN RAVIOLI – Asparagus, Wild Mushrooms, Corn Nage
LAMB DUO – Couscous, Spring Onion, Fava Beans

The lamb duo was outrageously delicious and the corn ravioli was pretty fantastic as well. When it comes to restaurants, I feel that consistency is key.
