Dine at The Regional Kitchen & Public House During Flavor Palm Beach Restaurant Month – The SoFla Sage

We recently got to try the Flavor Palm Beach menu at The Regional Kitchen & Public House by Chef Lindsay Autry – a 2018 James Beard Award Nominee. It was actually our first visit there and we found that it lived up to the hype. So, now is your chance to enjoy lunch or dinner there during the restaurant month of the Palm Beaches; #FlavorPB.

The Regional presents a unique perspective on America’s time-honored cuisine through consciously sourced ingredients, seasonally influenced dishes, and the soulful inspiration of a chef-driven kitchen. Here is a taste:

First Course

Florida Shrimp Gumbo and Butter Lettuce Salad

I just love a good buttermilk ranch dressing, de-lish.

a

Fried Chicken Thighs

One of the best fried chicken dishes I’ve had with its delectable crispy coating and sweet tea brine.

Second Course

f

Grilled Creekstone Farms Skirt Steak

Now THAT is a skirt steak! Just beautiful. Complemented with southern flare, of course, KaiKai Farms black-eyed pea jambalaya.

d2

Crispy Rainbow Trout

Alright now this was an awesome dish. I was not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. The fish is served over a heaping of fixins’ like green tomato slaw and grilled spinach.

Third Course

Chocolate Layer Cake and Coconut Panna Cotta

Extra

While you’re there, try this tomato pie with roasted tomatoes, sharp cheddar,
caramelized onions, and herb aioli.

Be sure to make your reservation directly through the the Flavor PB website to benefit the Palm Beach County Food Bank in their mission to alleviate hunger among local residents by collecting & distributing food to soup kitchens, food pantries, and homeless shelters.

Disclosure: I received a complimentary tasting at The Regional. All opinions are my own.
