Event Chair and Circle of Wise Women member, Lynne McGrath, describes the event as a “true culinary affair” with a goal to raise awareness and funds to support the mission of Junior Achievement.” Additionally, this year’s event honored past Chairs Bob & Susan Drinon, Renee Korbel Quinn and honorary Chef Chair Paula DaSilva. Here are some highlights of some of my favorite food tastings of the evening:

Founded in 2010, the Circle of Wise Women are an independent volunteer group of educational advocates who believe they can affect positive changes in students’ attitudes, performance, and their future outlook. Wise Women understand the need to transform how students view the world of work, personal finance, free enterprise and their own potential for success. The Circle of Wise Women launched their annual JA World Uncorked event in 2010, and have raised over $2,750.000.00 for the educational programs at Junior Achievement South Florida, Inc. over the last five years.

All proceeds of JA World Uncorked benefited the educational programs and Summer Camp at Junior Achievement of South Florida.
