Since opening in 2012, Toscana Divino has wowed guests with its authentic Italian offerings and healthy, flavorful ingredients. The contemporary eatery, designed in the classic spirit of Tuscan tradition, is a welcoming restaurant offering lunch, brunch and dinner.

Leading the kitchen are two young and esteemed chefs including Executive Chef Jeff Maxfield, an innovative chef with an appreciation for Italy’s rich history and culinary practice and Chef de Cuisine Andrea Marchesin, an Italian native with global experience and integrity for sustainable ingredients and practice. The Brickell eatery spans 1,800 square feet, encompassing a warm interior space with seating for 150 and a sunny, umbrella shaded terrace for up to 60 diners. Lustrous wooden tables are adorned with fresh flowers, and a grand crystal cylinder takes center stage serving as the restaurant’s circular cellar for its rare wine collection.

Locals and visitors alike look to Toscana Divino for its Cured Meats and Cheeses, a selection of savory and deliciously curated items like the traditional porchetta, the house prosciutto cotto, ricotta fiordilatte and truffle pecorino “Il Forteto;” extensive menu of homemade pastas; sustainably raised meat; fresh fish; imported Italian ingredients and full bar, which serves hand-crafted cocktails and boasts a vintage Italian wine list.

This is not your typical Grappa, which is traditionally served after the meal. It is made with an in house infusion of honey comb and black pepper.and Bonollo Grappa Of Amarone Barrique.

“We are pursuing a culinary journey in which continuity, tradition and innovation are in constant dialogue,” explains Tommaso Morelato, co-founder of Toscana Divino. “Our philosophy is to bridge the gap between Tradizione and Modernità while providing natural ingredients, local goods and sustainable practices.”

Antipasti dishes keep in tune with the eatery’s classic style, running the gamut of Italy’s regions with various homemade recipes. Staple items include Vitello Tonnato, milk fed veal served with tuna sauce, tomato, capers, arugula and lemon; Tartare Di Pesce, fresh fish paired with Calabrian chili, fennel, ginger, cucumber and coconut lime; and Polipo Alla Puttanesca, octopus served with cherry heirloom, capers and taggiasca olives .

Main course selections include Branzino Ai Ferri, grilled Mediterranean sea bass garnished with parsley and capers and accompanied by seasonal vegetables; Stinco Di Agnello, braised lamb shank served with potatoes and a smoked tomato; and Filetto Al Pepe Sichuan, 8-ounce grass-fed beef tenderloin paired with baby carrots and sichuan pepper in a beef jus.
