Hidden Gem: Juniper On The Water in Hallandale Beach, Florida

The South Florida Sage & friends recently got to visit Halldandale Beaches hidden gem for dinner. We loved the intracoastal water setting and the Mediterranean influenced American cuisine. Guests of the restaurant dined and danced to live music by Brendan O’Hara. I hear that their Sunday Brunch is not to be missed as well!

Connecticut Blue Point Oysters & Truffle Fries

What a fresh, pretty oyster it was! As for the fries: truffle yum! It was National French Fry Day during our visit 😉

Cheers to a great meal with signature cocktails!

Head on Prawn with Romesco Sauce and Charred Lemon

How AWESOME is this presentation?!

Cherry Tomato Salad with Feta Cheese & Basil + Field Green Salad with Goat Cheese

Grilled Ribeye and Grilled Snapper with Charmoula Sauce

The snapper was one of my favorite dishes of the night, I appreciated that the skin was cooked to a crisp (not flabby).

Argintinian Wine + Lamb Shank over Polenta

I could have probably eaten the whole plate of polenta! Good thing it was served at the end so I didn’t have enough room left to do that. The in house sommelier will be happy to assist you in choosing the perfect wine pairing.
