Inside the West Palm Beach Marriott, you’ll find a hidden gem of a restaurant that uses an ingredient-driven approach. Bistro Ten Zero One offers a variety of Modern American dishes designed to suit a wide range of palates. “We use only the finest local provisions, which means our menu regularly rotates to highlight what’s fresh and in season.”
Bistro 1001 sources many of their ingredients from their garden located at the hotel, taking the concept of farm-to-table dining to heart.

After a tour of the garden and a cocktail of the smoothest homemade infused lemongrass vodka, it’s time for a tasting!
PULLED PORK TACOS | pineapple-papaya compote, spicy mayo
BEEF SLIDERS | bourbon glaze, pancetta, bibb lettuce
AHI TUNA POKE | avocado, edamame, soy truffle dressing
The pulled pork taco seemed to be a favorite among those at the table! The Ahi tuna was a fun fusion between a tartare stack and a poke.
PAN SEARED SCALLOPS | green pea-asparagus risotto
This dish was pretty amazing in all aspects – I’ll use “Chopped” criteria for example, it hit all the marks for taste, presentation and creativity. The risotto is composed of an asparagus-chicken stock, whipped celery and topped with thick Manchego cheese slivers.
CHOCOLATE SOFT CENTER CAKE | vanilla bean ice cream, fresh berries, walnuts
For dessert, a simple and yet refreshing trio, with rich dark chocolate, to fulfil your sweet tooth.
Thank you for a great meal, Christian Quiñones, Executive Chef at Bistro 1001! Chef Quiñones is from Puerto Rico where he competed (and won) competitions in the culinary field
