This year, The South Beach Wine and Food Festival ran from Wednesday, February, 22nd through Sunday, February 26th 2017. This Thursday night event was hosted by leading ladies Valerie Bertinelli and Alex Guarnaschelli beachside behind the Delano hotel. Bertinelli is a two-time Golden Globe Award-winning personality who now charms on Food Network’s Valerie’s Home Cooking, while Guarnaschelli’s Michelin-starred training in France helped mold the tenacious expert we enjoy today on Chopped. They joined forces to host more than 30 of the nation’s greatest chefs who served up dishes originating from various regions of Italy!
