Lauderdale, Hallandale Beach and South Miami. We recently had the opportunity to check out the latest addition to the fabulous lineup of restaurants by the JEY group – The Delray Beach location of ROK:BRGR, which is in the spot where Tryst Delray used to be. This signature cocktail looks almost too good to drink!
(R) MURDERED OUT MANHATTAN 1792 BOURBON, BERENTZEN CHERRY LIQUEUR, CARPANO ANTICA VERMOUTH, SERVED UP
Now I know why they call it murder, it’s STRONG. I loved the addition of cherry liquer and well, i’ll pretty much drink anything that comes with luxardo cherries. I have my eye on the Black Diamond Margarita for my next visit!
LOBSTER CORN DOGS FOUR DOGS SERVED WITH SPICY HONEY MUSTARD
From my experience with lobster corn dogs, it’s usually better in theory than it is in reality. So, I was pleasantly surprised to find that these were yummy and made with real chunks of lobster.
TUNA POKE TACOS #1 AHI, PONZU, SEAWEED, AVOCADO, SESAME, SPICY MAYO
These were sooo good, I loved the crispy wonton shell, the fresh tuna, and the heat. You MUST order these during your visit.
GOAT CHEESE QUESADILLAS BALSAMIC GLAZE, ARUGULA, TRUFFLE HONEY
These are being tested out on the menu for the Delray location and boy do I hope they stay! They are seriously delicious. The goat cheese was not overpowering, the tortilla has a wonderful texture and the honey is made with white truffle. The honey helps to balance out the inherent bitterness from the arugula and the goat cheese brings in that creamy element.
QUINOA & KALE SALAD SUNFLOWER SEEDS, MANDARIN ORANGES, CRANBERRIES, ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH, SHAVED PARMESAN, HONEY LEMON VINAIGRETTE
If you are in the mood for a salad that is on the sweeter side to complement the more savory dishes (such as the burgers) then the quinoa & kale is for you!

DRUNKEN PRETZEL BURGER AGED VERMONT CHEDDAR, HOUSE MADE BEER MUSTARD, FRIED ONION RINGS, ARTISAN PRETZEL BUN
We got to try 3 burgers in the form of sliders during our visit. The sampler included the award winning Drunken Pretzel & Truffle Shuffle plus a newcomer to the menu called Aristocrat. The Truffle Shuffle includes baby swiss, exotic mushrooms, caramelized onions and black truffle aioli. My favorite was the Aristocrat with creamy brie cheese, smoked pepper bacon, and blood orange marmalade.
TRUFFLE PARMESAN FRIES SERVED WITH TRUFFLE AIOLI
C’mon, what is a burger without fries? These ones are handcut!
THE “CHICAGO DOG” ALL BEEF DOG, YELLOW MUSTARD, NEON GREEN RELISH, TOMATO WEDGES, DICED ONIONS, PICKLE SPEARS, SPORT PEPPERS, POPPYSEED BUN
Although I didn’t get to taste this dish, I just had to snap a photo of it. Because, well, look at it!!!
Salted Crema Custard Tart
