Flavor Palm Beach has been offered every September since 2007, it’s the official restaurant month for the Palm Beaches (similar to how Miami has Miami Spice August & September). You only have 2 more weeks to take advantage of the pre-fix menu at participating restaurants, so hurry on over to Nitrogen for great cocktails and a gastropub style menu with an Asian flare.

This cucumber cocktail was awesome, it has a cucumber ice cube for maximum cucumberyness. Coffee ice cubes are a thing, so it only makes sense!

Pro tip: order apps for the table, you won’t be sorry. Prosciutto wrapped asparagus, tempura and bun slider.

These tacos were one of my favorites of the evening!

Sashimi Pizza and Blue Crab Roll

Aside from the cocktails and tacos, you definitely don’t want to miss out on this unique ramen. For dessert, the cheesecake spring rolls are a must.
