Fall Dinner Menu at Grato Italian in West Palm Beach – The SoFla Sage

I recently visited Grato in WPB, an Italian restaurant by chef and restaurateur Clay Conley. I had visited a couple years ago, shortly after they first had opened. It was great back then, and I am happy to report that it is still great now. Check out the fall inspired flavors and offerings below!

Grato Italian Restaurant

Starting off with a sample of their not-so-new signature frozen drink – super refreshing. Also, I enjoyed the selection of celebrity art that adorns the walls such as this Jack Nicholson print.

FROZEN MOSCOW MULE

Here’s what the full size drink looks like. See, doesn’t that look super refreshing?!

(L) TUNA CRUDO – white anchovy, Kalamata olive, parmesan leche

(R) KALE WALDORF – apple, walnut, pickled grapes, goat cheese, green goddess dressing

This was quite an interesting take on a tuna crudo dish. Really fantastic! The Kale salad was bursting with fresh flavor. I tasted mint in there, too. I like that chef chose to use pickled grapes to take the concept of a waldorf salad to another level.

FIRE ROASTED CLAMS
‘nduja, white wine, tomato, chilis, grilled bread

This dish warms the soul, but be careful for those chilis, they are mighty spicy.

Entrees

(L) BUTTERNUT TORTELLINI – Maine lobster, hazelnuts, sage

(R) TOASTED FARRO TAGLIATELLE – brown butter, Pistachio di Bronte, lemon, parmesan

Satisfy your fall cravings with these homemade pasta dishes!! The butternut squash tortellini with sage and hazelnut was perhaps the most fall focused dish of all. I was surprised to find lobster in this dish. The tagliatelle was nutty, creamy, and vibrant.

“BUCCAN” MUSHROOM
black truffle, fontina, oyster mushroom

This pizza was earthy and flavorful, a great addition to the fall lineup.

Which dish are you most excited to try?

Disclosure: I received a complimentary tasting at Grato. All opinions are my own.
