Originating in Miami, the beloved fast casual restaurant with a latin flare named Pincho Factory has expanded in Borward in the Fort Lauderdale area with two new locations! One just opened a couple months ago in North Fort Lauderdale and the other a couple weeks ago in Sunrise. The Sunrise location marks the 10th restaurant for the brand. They are known for unique burgers and pinchos (kebabs). I’ve visited the North Fort Lauderdale location on Federal Highway a hand full of times already, see below!

If you choose to have your burger on a regular bun, you can have the best of both worlds by ordering a side of tostones (fried plantains). Not pictured, but highly recommended, are the sweet potato tots with apple butter.
Pincho Factory offers monthly “chalkboard specials” such as the vaca frita toston burger pictured here on the right.
Pro-Tips for visiting Pincho Factory:
- Check out the monthly chalkboard special
- Always get a side of sweet potato tots WITH apple butter
- Try the fried white cheese (you can order in on the side, too)
- Get the secret pink sauce on your burger and/or for dipping pinchos
- Get your burger on a toston bun
Other items to consider: chicken burgers, hot dogs, 627* beer, pita wraps, and rice bowls. *The founders opened their first location on bird road with $6.27 cents left in their bank account after coming up with the idea at a BBQ get together
