The clambake event premiered for the first time this year during SOBEWFF. I was actually really impressed with this is event. I didn’t know what to expect.. when I heard about it, I thought, would it be all clams? The clam was certainly incorporated in dishes to go with the theme but it wasn’t overbearing and there was a wonderful variety of seafood as well. Plus, a lot of stellar desserts and wine.

So, if you’re a #seafoodie like me, you should definitely check out this event next year!
